This file was initially tagged by Srittau as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Exactly the same issue as before. This is the image on the subject's website; per its url there -- https://i1.wp.com/gregmarchandmd.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/edit-IMG_0024a.jpg?w=1000 -- it was uploaded there in August 2016. This has been deleted at least once before; the uploader was instructed to email proof they own it and have the rights to release it. All they have done now is upload it to some other site, and cite that. Jytdog (talk) 02:24, 4 May 2018 (UTC) Deletion was contested by uploader.  Delete First, we need permission via our OTRS system, as explained here. Clarabell89 this is not the wild west; you need to follow the protocol so that the project is protected. These protocols exist for very good reason. Jytdog (talk) 12:59, 4 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
