Keep, we do not require that an emblem is in official use, if it has ever been in significant use then we should keep it. If it is "used by Serbian parallel structures" then we should keep it. Zvečan is in a region with an ethnic Serb majority that has some effective autonomy from the Kovosan authorities. This file is widely in use in Wikipedia. This appears to be a superseded version of File:COA Zvečan.png, but we should keep outdated emblems. Verbcatcher (talk) 23:36, 2 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
