Personal file uploaded by SPA account and Commons isn't a personal file host. Plus it's not clear the photography studio gave Commons permission to host the file anyway. So OOS and maybe not PD either. Adamant1 (talk) 18:26, 29 June 2022 (UTC)

- I don't disagree, but the problem I have is that the file was uploaded by Mavikhan and the watermark says "MK Photography." So there's a possibility they aren't the same person or that MK Photography is a photographic studio that didn't give Mavikhan permission to upload the file. Otherwise, I think Mavikhan should provide some evidence it's their image and that they didn't upload it purely to advertise themselves. --Adamant1 (talk) 20:02, 29 June 2022 (UTC)
