No freedom of pano in the Philippines. Refer to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Copyright_rules_by_territory/Philippines#Freedom_of_panorama phil copy law doesnt allow non-fair use of photos of copyrighted architecture and sculpture in the phils. An architecture or sculpture is said to enter allowable commercial use of their photos if it has been 50 years after the death of the last surviving person architect engineer or designer or if 50 years after the completion if it is a work of joint companies in architecture Mrcl lxmna (talk) 07:23, 4 September 2020 (UTC)
- Delete sadly. Fails the sole exception at COM:FOP Philippines: one comment at this forum of SkyscraperCity discussing about the building reads, quote "That building was completed when I was still in highschool more than 7 years ago." As the comment posted in June 2007, so 2007-7=1999. Perhaps this was a 1990s building. Undelete when FOP is introduced in the Philippines (if ever the subject of this file qualifies for the future Philippine FOP), just like the cases of Armenian (2013) and Belgian (2016) architecture and artistic works, when FOP was introduced in both countries.
