This file was initially tagged by Emha as no permission (No permission since) apparently due to lack of FOP. Converting to DR as I don't think "no permission" is appropriate in FOP cases (particularly as a DR allows categorization). darkweasel94 22:37, 28 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If the uploader gets a permission by the artist and deletes the fop template, everything is okay. therefore think DR is not necessary, but if you think you need it... - - Emha (talk) 22:45, 28 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Being the uploader, I of course don't like it, but obviously I missed that the legal situation of FOP in Germany is different from Austria. --wg (talk) 21:55, 1 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
