Delete Fails COM:FOP Germany#Public. Even with permission from the hotel this does not meet the Freedom of Panorama in Germany. Private property that cannot be freely accessed, for instance because there is some type of access control in place (or even an entrance fee is charged), does not fall under s 59(1). --- C&C (Coffeeandcrumbs) 10:13, 15 January 2020 (UTC)
