The amended law says this photograph is protected for 70 years. --49.150.116.127 09:22, 6 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Comment Basically the same case as in Commons:Deletion requests/File:BAFAS=1963.jpg. The extension to 70 years, whether retroactive or not, is only for works with a known author. In this case, the description says "Unknown author" and the date given is 1960, so it would still be in the public domain (per {{PD-Uzbekistan}}, "It is an anonymous or pseudonymous work and 50 years have passed since the date of its publication"). However, in such cases I often wonder whether the work is really anonymous or the author is just not stated at the particular source where the image was taken from. Deleted: Per nomination. As the photographer is unknown it is not clear if the image is in public domain. It is also not known when the image was first published. Therefore the photo must be deleted. Per community decision of Commons:Village_pump/Copyright/Archive/2017/03#Cut-off_date_for_the_PD-old_template the photo can be undeleted safely 120 years after the image was made, which will be 1960+121=2081.. --Ellywa (talk) 08:03, 14 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
