I doubt the license of this image from flickr is correct; flickr user has other images on their photostream marked CC-BY-SA that are highly likley copyrighted: Commons needs to have a specific OTRS email from the actual copyright holder for images such as these 84user (talk) 14:35, 5 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete Nominator's vote is for this image to be deleted until sufficient evidence exists that there is a free license. I suspect the flickr user is using the same license for all uploads, most are probably correct, but some appear to not to be. Examples of images from the same flickr photostream with dubious licenses: [1], [2], [3], [4] and so on. -84user (talk) 14:43, 5 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep This is a difficult to replace image of a historical event, it is probably from TEPCO as a press release 131.107.0.78
It is an amazing picture and tells quite a lot of just how serious the situation is there. I vote to keep it.
  • Delete Went from flickr to Wikimedia Commons correctly, problem is that flickr uploader pretty clearly lied about the rights. Would gladly resend if anyone could prove otherwise. Theanphibian (talk) 21:13, 11 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete Flickr wash aka license laundered. No EXIF data and the uploader does not identify the camera used unlike his other photos. The photo is also completely isolated in the uploader's photostream; that is to ask, where are the rest of the photos from this Canadian's trip to Japan? If he were a professional journalist or a nuclear engineer, it would be possible that he got this close to the reactor, but he says he's an ecodesigner/organic gardener.--Brian Dell (talk) 16:25, 12 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
