Poster is by Werner Graul (see http://www.michaelorgan.org.au/Metroja.htm), who died after 1984. So this poster is still under copyright for a long time. "Klebrand" is not the author's name, but German for "edge to put glue onto", since this is only the upper part of the original poster, the lower part had to be glued on.
