This file was initially tagged by AlanM1 as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Does not appear to qualify as a simple text logo AFAICT: not a standard font, artistic flourishes before and above, and ® (R) after (if that matters). -mattbuck (Talk) 16:17, 7 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The "R" is to indicate that the name FreshDirect is a Registered-trademark, and can even apply to a sentence- "The name FreshDirect(TM) is a Registered-trademark." I was told at the English HelpDesk, and this may very well be the wrong selection, to use "Logo with only simple text (wordmark)" for licensing. Pi314m (talk) 09:41, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: Not much discussion here but I would keep it. The font itself isn’t creating copyright, and R mark, too. We have two flourishes but probably it is de minimis here. --rubin16 (talk) 20:32, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
