Commons:Deletion requests/File:Fred sirieix.jpg
- Keep - I did a Google image search and in 'tools' i selected "Labled for reuse". I thought i was right in assuming i was allowed to upload that image to commons without it getting deleted? Here's the link to the search >>> https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=fred+sirieix&tbm=isch&source=lnt&tbs=sur:fc&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjc-pXio6jWAhUrLMAKHQAnA4wQpwUIHw&biw=1366&bih=662&dpr=1
The image also has that black figure (BY) in a circle rights thing meaning it can be used https://www.flickr.com/photos/25383706@N00/16107286134 Therefore, it should be kept since it has the BY licence thing.Thursby16 (talk) 23:17, 15 September 2017 (UTC)
- But the file is Non-Commercial (NC) and Non-Derivate (ND). It needs to be both to be kept on commons. --JuTa 09:49, 17 September 2017 (UTC)
Delete: I originally tagged this as a speedy because it has a license we don't accept but the uploader changed it to a bad DR. It's a speedy and needs to go as I have already explained to the uploader in detail on their talk page. They did not realise that NC is not allowed. Ww2censor (talk) 11:20, 17 September 2017 (UTC)
Deleted: Deleted by Christian Ferrer per "This file is under a license that does not allow unrestricted modification. The file is subject to speedy deletion unless it is relicensed according to the Commons licensing policy". --Jonatan Svensson Glad (talk) 04:47, 17 October 2017 (UTC)
