Marked as a {{Copyvio}} by an IP user claiming the copyright belongs to Nicholls State University. I think this warrants some discussion rather than a speedy deletion. Abzeronow (talk) 16:42, 13 April 2019 (UTC)
- Keep. Clearly in the public domain in the US due to the age of the photo. Assuming that the legal copyright was held by Robert Ruffin Barrow, Jr., he died in 1926, placing this firmly in the public domain (life of the author + 70 years). Gamaliel (talk) 17:08, 13 April 2019 (UTC)
