Uploader is clearly not the copyright owner. It's possible one could make a fair use argument for its inclusion on Wikipedia, but it doesn't belong on Commons. Zagalejo (talk) 17:49, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
- It's a picture of a picture.... If that's not proper, then OK. However to have this article without a visual representation is kind of silly and does nothing for the reader. I will be happy to change rationale. Wjmummert (talk) 19:13, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
Deleted: It is a DW|derivative work and infringes on the copyright of the original. Changing the rationale won't help -- they only way it can be kept on Commons is with permission from the original photographer. . Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 11:34, 28 March 2013 (UTC)
