Reason given was "This file is a copyright violation for the following reason: Philippine News Agency website terms (https://www.pna.gov.ph/terms) specifically state exclusive non-commercial use only when used without consent from the PNA, an invocation of the "unless otherwise noted" of Philippine government work copyright law."
