Owing to the fact that the file name is misleading and that the file is not in use, it should be removed. The image itself is an outdated flag (used for two years during the 1860s) and is not upside down, instead the canton/union (the blue section with stars) is simply moved to the lower right and not flipped. If the flag were upside down the points of the stars would be facing down. Johnj1995 (talk) 18:50, 22 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
