- It is a fictional flag, which includes a swastika, and is therefore banned in Germany and some other countries, due to the Nazi connotation. Furthermore, it is out of scope for Wikimedia Commons. --84.61.143.183 22:20, 16 March 2015 (UTC)
- Your argument would have been 10 times stronger if you had kept the "this symbol is banned in Germany" thing out of it and stuck only to the image's scope on Commons, for which there is none.
