This flag is actually the same as the flag_of_Uruguay_(1828-1830).svg file, there has never been a flag of Uruguay specifically from 1828.  Goldsztern  ✶  12:57, 3 October 2023 (UTC)

  Hello @Ikan Kekek, Should the file only be kept because it is used in another article? I have seen that article in Chinese and it is wrong, there is no flag from 1828. This may end up generating confusion about the history of Uruguay.  Goldsztern  ✶  12:03, 5 October 2023 (UTC)

• You can, but if it's reinstated, can you engage in a Chinese-language discussion? Also, instead of deletion, if you're going to try editing that article, you should substitute the other file.
