Based on this discussion, zhwiki decided to update this flag. This flag was intended as an official flag for a designated government agency, but someone rolled it back and just renamed it "fictitious" without regard to its official use. I would still like the flag to be updated with the correct version, instead of renamed as a fictional one for now. It is barbarous for someone to impose COM:OVERWRITE on flag of actual historical political entity like this one, and keep the community from updating it. If possible for administrator, please keep the file, move it back to File:Flag of Reformed Government of the Republic of China.svg, and update it with the correct form of flag of the government again. —— Eric Liu_（Talk） 03:42, 16 May 2024 (UTC)

Another way saying to Hide on Rosé (talk · contribs): I have no opinion on renaming files. But her global rename editing will change the referenced file name, so the error will remain. So I rolled back the editing of file name changes on zhwik. It is correct to keep referencing the original file name. --Cwek (talk) 03:54, 16 May 2024 (UTC)
