No indication this flag ever existed. Probably made up by the user to push a point (that's what his edit history in elwiki indicates). cubic[*]star 20:25, 17 September 2019 (UTC)

 Keep for now: This file is used on a couple of Wikipedia articles: en:Provisional Democratic Government and en:Greek Civil War. Commons, by policy (COM:NPOV) tries not to get involved in content disputes on other projects, so the file should not be deleted from Commons until English Wikipedia has permanently stopped using it. --bjh21 (talk) 12:12, 18 September 2019 (UTC)

 Delete. It is not used anywhere anymore. It is extremely fictional, not found anywhere in published literature or the internet [1] As it is based only on the uploader's imagination has no COM:EV. -Geraki ^T_L^G 11:28, 26 September 2019 (UTC)

In case someone argues that we do keep fictional flags, those are flags previously found in external literature and not published in Commons. Otherwise anyone can massively create thousands of flag designs that represent nothing. -Geraki ^T_L^G 11:32, 26 September 2019 (UTC)
