This file was initially tagged by Εὐθυμένης as Logo - but it appears to have at least one interior image sourced. Changing to Nomination because file is in wide use. Ellin Beltz (talk) 18:48, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Ellin Beltz: We are talking about two completely different versions of the file. The one that was initially uploaded, back in 2006, is most probably OK regarding its copyright nature. However, the newer version that was uploaded here, clearly, consists a copyrights infringement. As such, I suggest to revert back to the initial "clean" version of the file and hide or delete (no idea what is exactly possible with such cases on Commons) the current "problematic" one. 🙂 🏺ⲈⲨⲐⲨⲘⲈⲚⲎⲊ🏛️ ⲱⲑⲏⲥⲁⲧⲉ 18:52, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Εὐθυμένης: Taking it as a copyright violation would break a lot of content and I'm not willing to do that unless someone else checks it. If you intend only one version for deletion, that's not a speedy, that's a discussion. Cheers! Ellin Beltz (talk) 18:59, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Ellin Beltz: Obviously, I saw only the most recent version of the file at first, while guessing that either all of its versions were quite similar to one another or that it was just a bit more "updated/upgraded" version of the original but certainly not this. Here, we have two completely different files being uploaded one on top of another and I'm not even quite sure if that's really allowed on Commons. 😅 🏺ⲈⲨⲐⲨⲘⲈⲚⲎⲊ🏛️ ⲱⲑⲏⲥⲁⲧⲉ 19:04, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: The file has been reverted to the old version in light of discussion here and COM:OVERWRITE. The new version, however, will be revision deleted in line with COM:PRP. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 14:35, 14 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
