Unlikely to have been uploader's own work and more likely to have been taken from https://www.fotw.info/flags/mh-kwa.html (a site used as a source by the uploader for another Marshall Island flag). It is the same image as the recently-deleted Flag of Kwajalein.png. Also, it is unsure as to whether this image is what it purports to be -- an official flag of the atoll.
