SonicXMasako12 was a persistent vandal who was attempting to upload this exact file several times to File:Flag_of_Jihad.svg, in general this flag is MUCH lower quality and has a glaringly obvious transparency error, this file is currently retargetted to the original File:Flag_of_Al_Qaeda.svg which now appears on several hundred pages and not the original high quality and accurate file NorthTension (talk) 15:28, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose, I understand what you think about SonicXMasako12. He did try to upload the same image to flag of Jihad.svg but was reverted whatsoever. That isn't much case here. The image not being high-quality doesn't mean that it should be deleted, it can be improved. Also, your claim that the file is inaccurate seems wrong; Al-Qaeda leaders Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri and Muhammad Atif did use this flag in a press conference somewhere in the 1990s. Did you join just for this? How do you even know him? NorthTension (talk) 11:57, 29 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: no valid reason for deletion; just fix the transparency error and reupload. holly {chat} 22:58, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
