Deleted I don't understand the earlier DR above -- it appears to be about the same image, but this is not art, either by a child or an adult. It is a poor quality snapshot of a young woman in front of Mount Rushmore. It is not in use anywhere and is not listed in the large DR cited above. It is tagged with {{PD-ineligible}}, which is plainly wrong, and has no license. Even leaving the quality issue aside, without a license, we can't keep it. .     Jim . . . .
