Although this image appears on Flickr with a Creative Commons license, it was uploaded to Flickr by a person (Jane Connory) who is not any of the people identified as the authors of the photo. It is unclear whether the actual authors have released this image under the CC license. NewYorkActuary (talk) 15:05, 7 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

NOTE: This is just one of 18 similarly-situated uploads made yesterday by the same person. See https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/InvisibleInAustralia . NewYorkActuary (talk) 15:10, 7 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, Jane Connory is the person in charge of the organisation. She also is associated with the Invisible in Australia project (see here). But that still leaves the question of whether the two professional photographers identified on the Flickr account (Carmen Holder and Deborah Jane Carruthers) have relinquished any copyrights they might hold on these images. Perhaps they were works-for-hire, or perhaps Holder and Carruthers have agreed to release the images under a Creative Commons license. But it seems that we should not simply assume that either of these possibilities is true. NewYorkActuary (talk) 22:02, 16 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
