Keep per my reasoning on the file talk page which is that the original uploader at enwiki before I transwikied it seems to be the photographer, so they've already specified the license under which they want it released: the one it currently has. In this case it's only sort of true that it's copied from the blog post, it could equally be said that the blog post and the enwiki upload are both reproductions of the photo itself, made and therefore approved by the photographer.
