We (Fields of Mildew) did not allow anyone to upload this picture. Before playing the concert, we agreed with the organisers that no pictures are to be taken or uploaded. No one asked for permission and we would like to have them removed from this page. We do not want to appear on public photos. Thank you. Keep, any agreement between the subject of the photograph and the event organisers does not affect the copyright status of this photograph, see Commons:Non-copyright restrictions#"House rules". The photograph appears to have been taken at a public event and does not demean or ridicule the subject, see Commons:Photographs of identifiable people.

- That's wrong. The photographer has to prove that his permission to take pictures at this event (OTRS Ticket 2019010710003171) includes the permission to publish pictures of the artists. Otherwise it's a violation of § 22 KUG (Recht am eigenen Bild), see Commons:Country specific consent requirements#Germany. The uploader always has to prove the permission if in doubt (just because there's no possibility to prove the nonexistence of a permission.
