The artist of this painting, Marianne Fieglhuber-Gutscher, died in 1978 and copyright in Austria lasts for 70+ years after the artists death. So this is clearly copyrighted. Same goes for File:Fieglhuber-Gutscher M SelbstportraitMalermantel.jpg. Adamant1 (talk) 15:03, 23 July 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you for your message. We made the photos of both paintings by Marianne Fieglhuber-Gutscher and so we do have the copyright for the image rights for both photos of these paintings. We also hold the whole estate of the artist Marianne Fieglhuber-Gutscher and we are responsible for the copyrights. Please let me know if you need more information!
