1. This image was taken during the interview with Nuriye Akman in 1995, and that interview was published on daily newspaper Sabah between 25-30 January. So I think User:Diyar se is not the author. Its possibility is very low.
2, According to User:Taysin, this OTRS ticket is doubtful (see here)
2-1. because, even the ticket says that the copyright holder is Diyar Se or DIYAR DESIGN, he (not only Taysin but also) I never heard such organization and couldn't find the such organization on internet.
2-2. because, that ticket confirmed by non-OTRS member.
