Weak keep There's actually a rationale on the file description page arguing for the statue being in the public domain: "The original statue: Made in 1970 and because its copyright belongs to Tehran city management office (legal person) it has be expired after 30 years", using {{PD-Iran}}. If that's correct, then it doesn't matter that there's no FoP in Iran. But I don't feel qualified to assess this PD claim. The photo is widely used in Wikipedia, by the way. Delete Unfortunately we have no reason to believe that not only did Abolhassan Sedighi create this statue, but that he also transferred the copyright to it. Deleted: per nomination. Try as I might, I can't find any evidence that the copyright was transferred so unfortunately I have to agree with Gone Postal here. We can't keep the image without evidence. --Majora (talk) 03:59, 16 November 2018 (UTC)
