This isn't graffiti, thus it counts as a 2D graphic work, and thus fails COM:FOP#United Kingdom. -mattbuck (Talk) 08:17, 6 April 2015 (UTC) I don't agree. This is graffiti on an old railway bridge, there is no copyright and therefore no licence, so COM:FOP#United Kingdom does not apply. Ivanevian (talk) 09:56, 16 April 2015 (UTC)
