Apparently this file was taken (per description) from this gallery = http://www.world66.com/asia/southasia/pakistan/faisalabad/lib/gallery. world66.com claims that it is {{Cc-by-sa-1.0}}. The related photo site http://www.world66.com/asia/southasia/pakistan/faisalabad/lib/gallery/showimage?pic=asia/southasia/pakistan/faisalabad/photo_1 is empty and in the gallery link above no author is cited. However, CC-by-sa requires attribution of the author, which is not given. The related thumb http://w66-img.ibsrv.net/ph/ot/o_/photo_1_gallerythumb3288 was last modified 2006.
