Another file with the same file name but belong to other organization (Family Online Safety Institute) always appear instead of the proper logo.
There is no evidence that the uploader made this. Also, a logo would normally be a work for hire, and in many countries, the copyright holder to a work for hire isn't the author but the organisation which uses the logo. I'm not sure what the Indonesian law says about this, but even if the author might have been the initial copyright holder, it is probably standard practice to transfer the copyright to a logo to the organisation that it represents in order to make it possible for the organisation to use its logo when it wants to do so.
