Copyright violation. Picture is scan from book "Siegfried Bufe: Eisenbahnen im Sudetenland", as disclosed in description. There is no evidence for applicability of PD70. MBxd1 (talk) 19:11, 7 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hubert starb 1947 – PD70 gilt 70 Jahre nach seinem Tod, das war 2017. Deshalb gilt PD70 für alle Hubert-Bilder. --Rainerhaufe (talk) 07:34, 14 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Falsch, das Bild ist nicht von Hubert. --Mef.ellingen (talk) 23:21, 14 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Rainerhaufe and Mef.ellingen: Is there any documentation to state who the author of the image is? howcheng {chat} 21:18, 19 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
In the description of the picture ist written: FFB 24 als DRG 98 7754 auf einer historischen Aufnahme von Werner Hubert. This wording is from Rainerhaufe. And it is wrong. I have the book Siegfried Bufe: Eisenbahnen im Sudetenland, and at page 156 there is this picture. The photo reference is: Picture from Hermann Maey. And: Der bekannte Eisenbahnfotograf Hermann Maey, einstmals Mitbegründer des Deutschen Lokomotiv-Bildarchives, verstarb im Jahre 1988. Maey died 1988 - consequently the picture is not PD70. --Mef.ellingen (talk) 21:47, 19 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: Per nomination and comment. Copyright holder died in 1988, see https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q112452507. The image will be in PD 71 years after this year and can be undeleted in 2059. Can be undeleted earlier if permission for publication with a free licence is obtained from the heirs per VRT. --Ellywa (talk) 22:10, 19 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
