Copyrighted work by Félix Schivo (d. 2006), permission of his heirs needed via COM:OTRS. Patrick Rogel (talk) 22:43, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Patrick, The file you want deleted called "Charpentes de Saint-Eustache" was photographed by someone working for the Galerie Malaquais, in which case, the copyright's photo does belong to the Galerie if I'm not mistaken. Moreover, the heirs of Félix Schivo are aware and did give us their permission since the photographed "Charpentes" were part of Schivo's workshop, which was sold at auction at the heirs' request, Monday 18th of March 2019 in Paris. Thus, I sincerely think the photo can stay on Schivo's Wikipedia notice.

Sincerely, Galerie Malaquais. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Galerie Malaquais (talk • contribs) 14:39, 27 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
