The uploader keeps uploading files claiming that someone "will email with full copyright permission for use" but without tagging the files with {{OTRS pending}}. In this case, he or she is claiming that Pavlos Tagkaloglou will do that. It's not clear whether he "will" do that in five minutes or 100 years, but it probably doesn't matter, because apparently, Pavlos Tagkaloglou is the subject of the photo rather than the author, so he's probably not the copyright holder. —LX (talk, contribs) 17:53, 1 August 2014 (UTC)
