The author, Angel Guzman, is known and created this coat of arms at 1930. PD-Old would not apply. It should be pointed that this is not a coat of arms of a country or a lower administrative section of it: it's a coat of arms of a political party, and as such closer to a corporate logo. The "PD-because" template says "It is popularly used by militants of the Justicialist party, whenever affiliated to it or not". Such an argument violates the Precautionary principle: something is not in public domain simply because everybody use it without seeming consequences. Belgrano (talk) 18:16, 1 November 2009 (UTC)
