Comment Initials “W G” are to be found below the framed notice “25000 qkm 878 Postanstalten”. This is possibly a reference to Dipl.Ing. Gebauer (first name unknown) who created stamps for the Postdirektion Provinz Sachsen, see de:Briefmarken-Ausgaben für die Provinz Sachsen. --AFBorchert (talk) 11:25, 29 January 2017 (UTC)
