Delete per Yellowcard. This is not an official work (Amtliches Werk) according to § 5 UrhG, and there is no evidence that this letter is in the public domain for any other reason. –ireas (talk) 10:02, 5 May 2014 (UTC)
- This is not a private letter by Adolf Ziegler, but an official one written by Ziegler (if not by one of his underlings) in his function as President of the Reichskammer der bildenden Künste. Therefore the letter qualifies as an official record, which is not subject to copyright under German law. (Fromm u. Nordemann, Urheberrecht, 9.
