This is a duplicate of file:Emblem of Vietnam.svg. Bùi Trang Chước drew this emblem in 1955.

The source says, "Drew based on 'Q&A law documents on ceremonies, protocols, uniforms applied to national authority and company', Lao động - Xã hội Publisher 2003, p. 12" -> this is a lie and a fabrication. Did user:MingoBerlingo draw this emblem himself based on the original design? Bùi Trang Chước died in 1992, so it's impossible for him to draw this emblem himself. Hi, I believe File:Emblem of Vietnam (fixed).svg was uploaded with the intent of updating the file hosted at File:Emblem of Vietnam.svg. The latter is an inaccurate depiction of the emblem. @MingoBerlingo drew the emblem at File:Emblem of Vietnam (fixed).svg based on official documents. However, File:Emblem of Vietnam.svg is protected so that only administrators can overwrite the file and we haven't been able to get administrator to update said file. Sorry if I added inaccurate metadata. My intention was to update the current file:Emblem of Vietnam.svg with a more accurate version. All the details, errors and sources file are listed here. If you are a more capable user can you help me find a better way to propose the file update? Against - the current Emblem of Vietnam is illustrated not accurately so this file was made to replace it. Cái file File:Emblem of Vietnam.svg vẽ sai bạn ơi, sai tỉ lệ và sai cả chi tiết. File này vẽ đúng hơn dựa trên construction sheet và ảnh quốc huy được dùng trên các trang web thuộc chính phủ nè. Lie và fabrication gì không biết chứ file mới vẽ tuân thủ theo bản thảo này của họa sĩ Trần Văn Cẩn [1]. Trần Văn Cẩn là người đã hoàn thiện bản quốc huy nên nó được xem là thiết kế chính thức và thực sự đã được sử dụng trên các trang web thuộc nền tảng báo chính phủ [2][3].
