- Sorry ,what exactly did you mean "so the copyright is owned by the photographer" ?
- For example,if i go to studio where i can take photo for ID card ,then my photo will be belonged to the photographer?
- The man in the photo is my grandfather,who has passed away. My aunt asked me ,to publish information about him and his works ,as he is Honored Art Worker of Azerbaijan.
- It was standard thing , to visit photo studio to take photo, as only few people had camera at that time,Soviet Union time. Till now,in Azerbaijan people visit photo studios to take photo,it does not mean that their's photo automatically will be owned by the photographer :)
- At what age exactly the photo was taken ,we don't know,there is no information about it.
- P.s please assist me ,to shred light on my grandfather's works ,as his works still on the buildings of the city Baku,Azerbaijan. Sshafibeyli (talk) 15:01, 9 December 2021 (UTC)
