Derivative Work. Was photographed from a screen, see original photo and other photo of the same series. The cameraman who selected the point of view created the original image and either he or the company employing him have the copyright to the orignal image. -- Cecil (talk) 16:01, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hmmm, good point. Though, is the licence tag against the wiki common policies, ie. free for public? I have uploaded this image ages ago. I have to vote keep, because it seems to have cc 2.0 licence [1](I think this pic was uploaded when I was experimencing with uploader bot, which checks the tag), but if not, lets be carefull and delete it ;-P Fileri (talk) 15:54, 6 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Not the licence-tag at Flickr is the problem, but the fact, that the Flickr-user never had the right to put the image under this licence, since he surely never asked the camera-man and his company for permission before photographing the screen. If he would have photographed Cuthbert directly instead of the video wall this would not have been a problem, then he could have selected a licence of his choice. But he photographed the artistic work of somebody else. -- Cecil (talk) 16:19, 6 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
