User:Patrick Rogel claims this is "fair use" and applied speedy-delete, I'm changing to slowly-delete do discuss. It's not "fair use" though, as it's quite clearly CC-BY, as I tagged it. Read the source link or just look at the picture itself, which clearly shows the CC logo. FakeShemp (talk) 09:43, 31 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I can't see any indication on the source of which CC BY licence is meant. The symbol just links to https://creativecommons.org/licenses/, which is unhelpful. --bjh21 (talk) 11:15, 3 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
That is true and needs to be clarified from the creator. Right now it's tagged 4.0 because the jpg version is. FakeShemp (talk) 23:49, 7 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
This copy is not needed, due to it replacing the old file here: File:ElephantsDreamPoster.jpg. Also, the source of the file (https://cloud.blender.org/p/elephants-dream/55f2d0dc2beb33006e43dd82) clearly marks this as CC-BY. Look to the left of the name Francesco Siddi. It's true that it doesn't mark it as CC-BY 4.0, but since that is the current version of the license, and the file was originally posted on cloud.blender.org after that version of the Attribution License came out, we'll have to safely assume it's under 4.0. - Stinkyjaden (talk) 13:13, 19 September 2019 (UTC)Stinkyjaden[reply]
I think I've found evidence that 4.0 is intended: https://cloud.blender.org/terms-and-conditions says "Unless notified otherwise, all digital content (webpages, video, artwork, 3D data) is available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0." --bjh21 (talk) 14:07, 19 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: no valid reason for deletion. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 19:36, 8 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
