This license is not correct, parlaiment.uk states: "All photographs of individual MPs and Peers on the biographical pages and Committee pages are the exclusive property of Dods and are protected under international copyright laws. The photographs may not be reproduced, copied, stored or manipulated in any form without the written permission of Dods unless for non-commercial purposes, provided permission is sought beforehand and the photo is credited." Adding File:Baroness mobarik.jpg to this discussion as well. George Ho (talk) 18:50, 16 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, I emailed the copyright holder about this and am awaiting response. George Ho (talk) 18:51, 16 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@JimmyJoe87: In what way is this photo of an individual MP expressly made available under Open Government License? The above information from parlaiment.uk (where the picture is taken from) states something completely different. //Vätte (talk) 21:53, 16 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
It also states on this page that OGL "does not cover material published by Parliament as this is licensed under Parliamentary Copyright rather than Crown Copyright".
Also adding File:Alan Brown MP.jpg and File:IanBlackfordMP.jpg to this discussion. //Vätte (talk) 12:13, 17 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
