This file was initially tagged by Túrelio as no source (No source since) ... which is correct. I received late correspondence from a Wiki sysop asking to be able to view this file again in an effort to provide proper information. I am changing the "no source" to this nomination to get more time for the sysop to find the source & licensing information for it, if possible. Ellin Beltz (talk) 15:05, 7 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, and thanks a lot for your help. The file was uploaded by the students of a school which is enrolled in a Wikiproject, and I am judging some of the pages they created so I wanted to know if I had to penalize them for copyvio or not ;). Since the photo was taken around 1960 (here the source, I would suggest to use {{PD-Italy}} and {{PD-1996}}.
I am not very confident about "PD-Italy" images on Commons, so I am waiting for your feedback.--DoppioM 20:43, 7 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Keep I am by no means expert on Italian copyright, but it seems to me that {{PD-Italy}} fits -- it was created before 1976, so it passes the twenty-years-from-creation rule of Italy and was PD in Italy on the URAA date (which we may or may not apply anyway). It needs some categories, the license changed, and the "Permission" line corrected. .     Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 09:48, 8 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
