According to w:en:Rafah Border Crossing#Rafah Land Port, the current gate dates to 2018. Unfortunately, there is no Freedom of Panorama in the copyright law of the State of Palestine, which means this commercially-licensed Flickr import needs licensing authorization from the copyright holder of the gate (likely the architect or the designer). The gate is too prominent to be dismissed as de minimis; the people here became incidental (secondary) to the whole image that mainly shows this copyrighted gate. Withdrawn by nominator. The gate appears to be located in Egypt, a few steps from the border with Gaza Strip, per Google Maps. Egypt does provide Freedom of Panorama, so the gate falls under Egyptian FoP. non-admin closure by JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 04:13, 7 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
