too dark photo of a (unidentified) car to be of any realistic use Pibwl (talk) 22:01, 18 March 2015 (UTC)
- Keep I like the photo, it makes me feel happy to look at it, and think about using it for a book cover, about something or other. Is that a "realistic use"? I don't know, some days I'm not sure I'm real. I did search through the Flikr album of the photographer, looking for clues as to what kind of car it is. Didn't find them, but I don't know that this is important or not. The photo is a matter of some yellow lines against a dark background, with a wheel design, that very effectively suggest an interesting car. --Abd (talk) 22:16, 18 March 2015 (UTC)
- For this purpose, you can watch images like this one on Flickr... Pibwl (talk) 17:20, 19 March 2015 (UTC)
- Keep The image can be edited to fix the darkness problem. It is also in scope of Category:2008 SEMA Show. 89.133.227.157 04:10, 19 March 2015 (UTC)
- Keep A good shot once the brightness is adjusted. As for identifying it, I'm not a car guy, but it says "Challenger" in nice bright yellow letters under the door, so we know it's a Dodge Challenger. Likely a 2008/2009 model since this is a 2008 show, but that's beyond my interest. INeverCry 05:13, 19 March 2015 (UTC)
- Keep Just another deletion request based on missing commons:Scope and assuming Commons is here just to store images for Wikipedia infoboxes. Furthermore, the photo seems to be purposely dark just to emphasize the yellow lines on a dark background.--Pere prlpz (talk) 15:26, 19 March 2015 (UTC)
- OK, I'm withdrawing the request. It's just, that I've written several articles about cars and can't imagine myself placing an image like that to illustrate an article. Thanks for attention! Pibwl (talk) 17:20, 19 March 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks, Pibwl. Who says the articles have to be about cars? I had in mind something like "Hot Babes and Hot Cars on a Cool Night." Use your imagination! The real point is that the image has potential interest, and, indeed, Commons is not just for encyclopedias. Nice work, INeverCry. --Abd (talk) 21:11, 19 March 2015 (UTC)
