I'm not sure which plaque you are talking about. In any case, I nominate plaques for deletion whenever I find them. In this case, I found the plaque because I was looking at en:File:Plaque.jpg where users have uploaded lots of different plaques under the same name, including this one. Anyway, how I end up finding a plaque is irrelevant to the copyright status of the plaque. --Stefan4 (talk) 14:12, 14 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
