 Keep I think that there's a pretty good argument to be made for it to be de minimis. The bucket only takes up a small part of the image, and it's being held by a person so it's being presented in the context of being a useful object, IE being used as a bucket. I think that this photo would fall under case 5 on the COM:DM page: Copyrighted work X is identifiable and an unavoidable part of the subject, and is essential to the subject (e.g. removing it would make the file useless) but the work is shown in insufficient detail and/or with insufficient clarity, so de minimis may apply.
