- Time doesn't claim copyright, they credit it as "Thomas D. McAvoy—Time & Life Pictures/Getty Images" - nevertheless, the nomination for deletion is still correct; Thomas D. McAvoy died in 1966 (https://www.icp.org/browse/archive/constituents/thomas-d-mcavoy?all/all/all/all/0) which means this won't come out of copyright until 2036.
