Delete There is too much uncertainly of provenance and publication history. No actual evidence of who the initial license-holder was, so if "publication" means sale to press/news agencies, we don't know the country of origin (important for determining whose PD laws might matter). More importantly, no actual evidence of it being published at that time (vs pure supposition of what else might have been available, whether the whole (uncropped) image actually was actually distributed and used in print (not just had available), etc.).--Walshevans1 (talk) 15:12, 7 July 2019 (UTC)
